In our practice we
- aim to provide dental care of consistently good quality for all our patients
- only provide care that meets your needs and wishes
- aim to make your treatment as comfortable and convenient as possible
- look after your general health and safety while receiving dental care
- follow current guidelines on infection control
- check for mouth cancer and tell you what we find
- take part in continuing professional education to keep our skills and knowledge up to date
- train all our staff in practice-wide systems and review training plans once a year
- welcome feedback and deal promptly with any complaints
- every member of staff is aware of the need to work under General Dental Council guidelines
In return we would like you to
- participate in your dental treatment including advice on prevention and diet
- arrive on time for your appointment and give at least 24 hours notice if possible if you need to miss an appointment. If not we may need to make a charge to private patients and we may have to review future provision of treatment for NHS patients who miss two or more appointments
- advise us of changes to contact details
- treat our staff in a courteous manner
